I’m a simple minded kind of guy so I try to make things as easy for others as I make them for myself. Diet does not have to be as complicated as some people make it. Shop the perimeter of the grocery store, eat natural foods. Lots of meat, fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds are the basics. The only supplement I recommend is Fish Oil; keeps the joints healthy and reduces risk of heart disease.
A simple diet I recommend is the Paleo Diet, which is basically what I described above, but for more detail check out the Paleolithic Diet Book.
Beyond the Paleo diet prescription will take a personal look at things if desired. We can look at your body type and your goals to help guide us to our best nutrition plan for you.
